Bloodline and Specialty

You can hav 1 bloodline and 1 specialty

or 2 specialties

but once u pick a bloodline u can not get rid of it

i have decided to allow the use of 2 bloodlines.

but!! there a catch!

i cant just allow people to hav a byakugan and a sharingan..to powerful

so its lik this now:

you many hav up to 2 different bloodlines, but i need a 100 word essay on how it happened. the characters involved and so on.

each stage costs twice as much to get. so think wisely on how are are planing this out so you dont put yourself in a totally hopeless situtation.

and remember u cant remove a bloodline...
